Are the stay prices fixed or do they vary by property?
The ฿13,500/week rate is a starting point. Actual pricing depends on the specific property, the duration of stay, and the time of year. Some listings are priced lower for longer bookings. We'll share the full, accurate cost for each option we present — no hidden additions.
How is my personal information handled?
Your details are used only to assist with your rental search or tenancy. We don't share them with third parties beyond what's necessary to arrange viewings or process lease paperwork. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
