Started with a simple observation
Bramblehouse was established in Phuket Town after its founders spent several years helping friends and colleagues navigate the island's rental market — informally, and often at the last minute. What kept coming up was the same problem: too many listings with too little honest context, and too much pressure from landlords and agents to decide quickly.
The agency was set up to address this directly. Rather than listing hundreds of properties and hoping for the best, Bramblehouse maintains a curated portfolio that the team has visited and assessed personally. Every listing comes with notes about what works well and what to be aware of. Viewings are accompanied. Lease conversations are honest.
Today, Bramblehouse works with families, remote workers, retired couples, and solo travelers who want a proper home rather than a hotel — and who value guidance they can trust over a polished sales pitch.

Every property on our list is personally visited and assessed before it's presented to a client.

Ethical Practice
We don't accept referral fees from landlords. Our recommendations are based on suitability, not incentives.
Ongoing Review
Properties are periodically re-visited. Listings that no longer meet our standards are removed or flagged accordingly.
